Mission Statement

This is a blog about ACL reconstruction surgery and the rehab that follows.

I freaked out when I got the results of my MRI. Cried like a baby. But then I wanted info. There are a lot of pictures and medical info online that are useful. The most helpful info came from personal accounts from friends and blogs. But I wanted more of the nitty gritty details. So I decided to write them.

My goal, to keep loved ones updated on my progress. To tell fellow torn ACLers useful things from my experience. To keep it lighthearted but real.
